Job Profile:

Responsible for smooth operation of polymer compounding line with maximum production of material grades in a shift.

Conducting continuous process improvement to reduce change over time and waste reduction.

Complete man power handling and motivation to ensure maximum work with smoothly.

Controlling and monitoring of plant parameters and process.

Run material grades and machine as per SOPs.?

Production under controlling of quality specification as per customer requirement.

Plant shut down jobs and planning.

Investigate reasons behind any process related problems and develop corrective action plan with implementation.

Optimization of recycle usage without affecting final product quality.

Process optimization and establishment for newly commercialized material grades.

Preparation of all operation related documents and maintaining all documents as per ISO/TS 16949.
