Company Profile: Manufacturer of packaging products including Drums / Containers, Pails, PET sheets, Entrance Mattings, Turfs, Garden Furniture, Automotive, etc

Job Profile:

We are  handling  Machines  from  of  100  to  3000  tons  like  CLF 100, 180, 285, 400, 750, 950, 2200, 3000 T,   L&T-500, 550, 650 T,  MAGNA, Windsor-650, 800, 850 T, Engle  and  lots  more.

Using  these  machines  we  produce  Pallets, Chairs, Dumpo Bins, Small &  Jaint Crates, Jars from 5Ltr to 30 Ltr, Lids, and Other Molded Accessories  for Our Blow Molding Plant.

We  handle  material  like  LDPE,  LLDPE, HDPE,  PPCP,  FPP, Engage  etc.

Handing  Man  Power  for  efficient  job  work  for  Production.

Supervising  mold  change  and  start up  the  mold  for  Production  as  per  Planning.

Taking corrective action to avoid the Quality Issues. 

Trouble shooting of Process, Mold and  Machine related problems.

Taking Trail of New Mould and Materials.
