Analysis of daily defects and consulting with QA to see reduce process rejection.

To improve the productivity by involving the workforce & initiating Kaizen.

Daily shortage meeting with Store, SSD, QA, Central Planning and MFG.

Ensuring Availability of consumable requirement in Mould Assembly as per planning.

Daily Production Planning in Line with Mould assembly requirement.
