Manual Colour Matching by preparing recipes on Twin Roll Mills.

Develops new color as per customer requirement.

Inspect the incoming raw materials.

Product and Process analysis. 

Finishing goods Inspection.

Preparing quality related records.

Preparing test certificates of finish goods.

Responsible for Quality management & Technical service. 

Responsible for attention of Customer Complain. 

Improvement in internal rejection of product. 

Supervision of all raw material / pigments in coming inspection on line Process parameter of all products and all new development(economic competitive best- quality by selecting of pigmentTiO2,filler and polymer.)
