Job Profile:

Parameters setting of molding machine.

M/C setting & monitoring mold change time.

Identifying corrective and preventive measures and effecting continuous improvement.

Production efficiency achievement through rejection control/break ?down control  .

Monitoring of cycle time as per standard cycle time sheet.

Generating production report &  production entry on computer/SAP.

Implementation of all IMS format. (Hourly report, log Sheet, mold startup check list, rejection analysis report etc.) in daily basis.

Give training to newly joined operator about m/c operation & quality parameter (Visual, Gauge fitment, other defect on product).

Process control through process data sheet to reduce process rejection. 

Startup m/c after mould change within a minimum time.

Control of labor in non- valuable work.

Responsible for issue the all production related material from store.

Monitoring Online packing in m/c.

Time study for production activities and creation of parallel activities to reduce cycle time and to maintain the cycle time.
