New moulds Trail follow up & Co ordination

Establish SMPS for all running components

Responsible for procurement planning, inventory control, training operators in part handling and machine operation, care of equipments and maintaining 5s on shop floor.

Utilizing man, machine and materials effectively

Troubleshooting injection molding process problems. Experience in processing  of various grades of ABS,PC-ABS and Nylon materials

Extensively involved kaizen activities and 5s training to operators

Awarded through the cycle time reduction in particular product
