Job Profile:

Reporting to Factory Manager and General Manager.

Man power Deployment on machine.

Setting the parameter as per control plan.

Maintaining & servicing of injection moulding m/c & others auxiliary Equipments.



?	Hydraulic Injection moulding machines & others m/c:-

1.	FERROMATIK MILACRON-125 to 200 Ton, 

2.	ENGEL 75 to 120 Ton,

3.	POLY PLAST 110  to 150 Ton

4.	PAINTING M/C, HOT STAMPING M/C

?	Multi cavity mould as nail polish cap-32 cavity, nail polish stam-192 cavity, perfume cap, battery box & hot runner moulds

?	Handling materials (PP,PC,HDPE, LDPE,LLDPE)



Raw material planning as per production schedule.

Preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Maintain spare part of machine.

Quick action on machine for fewer breakdowns.

Maintain daily maintenance report.

Maintain daily checking report of machine.

Maintain machine history card.

Machine and Process troubleshooting.

Maintaining yearly breakdown report.
