Job profile -

Handling total production (Extrusion and converting Pet sheet Line).

Online quality control of poly films Pet Sheet during production.

Reduce machine down time/ Troubleshoot.

Maintain all Document related production.

Production planning of both department pet sheet & Blown film Plant.

Raw material planning and maintain stock.

Knowledge of process parameters like Blow up Ratio, Temperature, Mixing Ration of various Polymers and Grade.

Knowledge of quality control parameters and control the recipes as standard.

Process knowledge of different type of polymer like LLDPE, MLLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, Apet, R pet, G pet.
