Parameter setting in injection molding machine.

Trouble shooting related to injection molding machine.

New mold trail.

Split mold or critical mold parameter setup.

Mold & machine maintenance.

Co-ordinate with the m/c & mould maintenance personal and QC, Electrical, Ac etc for any problems.

To run the machine at optimum mould and m/c efficiency (no of cavities/cycle time).

Daily production report as production planning

Best quality as per company standard.

Man power handling.
