I have carried out the following testing,	

Mechanical property of plastics such as Tensile, Flexural properties, and Impact strength of the materiel.

Thermal properties of plastics such as HDT (Heat Deflection Temperature), Thermal stability, Heat aging test and Flammability of the materiel. 

Some important basic testing Filler content, Filler analysis, MFI (Melt Flow Index), Moisture content, Density, Stress whitening test and Colour matching also conducted.

Chemical properties such as Chemical r?sistance, Water resistance also conducted.  

Rubber products like thermo plastic elastomer Hardness and tear testing also carried out.









Future Goals: 
Implement  Quality Management System With ISO/ts 16949 Standard.
