Engineer- Maintenance

Company Profile: Manufacturer of plastics, industrial plastics, household plastics, buckets and mugs.

Job Profile:

To Attend the Preventive Maintenance-Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly.  

To attend the breakdown maintenance with maintenance team.

Maintain the machine history as per breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Installing activity of all injection and blow molding machine.

Maintain the Production & Rejection everyone articles of injection & blow molded.

working in Processing shop floor: 

As per given plan by Shift In-charge. 

Check quality of Plastic article before Packing.  

Put the materials in Hot oven for Preheating and set temp. as required.

Set temp in  Hot Air Dryer for preheating the material as per grade.

Preventive maintenance Works:

Cleaning of Screw and Barrel And Nozzle & Heat Exchanger Descaling

Greasing the Toggle System with grease gun or manually.

Other Maintenance work with Processing Instructor.
