Job Profile:

Production planning review & manpower arrangement

Hourly monitor of production to achieve target as per plan.

Looking total production of Injection Moulding M/C. 

Trouble shooting while online production.

To do new mould trial & making mould trial report and m/c process std.

To give proper training of worker about trouble shooting, 5S, Safety, Quality

and other activities.

To make daily, monthly m/c loading & unloading plan.

To achieve production and making efficiency of m/c.

To do daily rejection analysis of molded component and make  counter measure.

To make production planning control.

Maintain 5S on shop Floor.

Manpower handling on shop floor.

Setting of M/C & preparation of process parameters Sheets.

To do new mould trial & making mould trial report and m/c process std.

To achieve production and making efficiency of m/c.

To do daily rejection analysis of molded component and action to reduce it.

To check m/c parameter & quality of product.

Different type of material like PP, ABS Process / Machinery Exposure:

Windsor SP 180T to 400 Tons.

Ferromtaic Omega 350 To 775 Tons

Ferromatic Sigma 275 To 500 Tons.

Ferromatic Magna 350 To 500 Tons.

L/T ? ASWA 350 TO 550 TONS.
