Responsibilities & Achievements

Maintain 5`s

Incoming material inspection.

Giving first piece approval.

In house molding product inspection.

Evaluation of mold & raw material trial sample.

New product testing & approval.

Handling Non Conformity products.

Analysis of Rejection & N.C. & Deviation material.

Taking decision of N.C. products disposal.

Interface with H.O.D. to control & reduce the rejection % & customer complaint.

Attending Customer Complaints

Take Corrective & Preventive action for customer complaint & N.C. products.

Try to maintain Plant Quality Index more than 99.5%.

Make test Certificate of F.G. 

Giving shade approval of printing job.

O.P.C. Molding as well as Printing material inspection.

In house printing lot inspection & giving lot approval.

Final inspection inspection of printing products before dispatch.

Maintain records as per I.S.O.

Conducting Internal Audits (as an Internal Auditor) as per I.S.O.

Give training to QA- workman.
