Parameter setting to achieve that standard quality.

To take necessary corrective & preventive action on quality level improvements and customer complains related to moulding.

Daily make a production chart & cycle time for shift.

Effective house keeping & discipline in respective shop floor area.

Manage a team of m\c operator, mould setter & m\c maintance department to achieve  the target & good quality.



Knowledge of the field as per experience:

Having a good control on operating all kind of injection moulding m/c and related accessories .

Having a good experience on processing of hot & cold runner, split type, side core type, unscrewing type multi cavity injection moulds.

Having a good knowledge over processing of engineering plastic for all moulds like a HDPE, LLDPE, PP, PPCP, PPHP, FPP.
