Production Engineer 

Since July 2007

Presently working with leading manufacturer of Automotive Door Handle; Sheet metal, & precision parts. Its major client is MARUTI SUZUKI, NISSAN AUTO, MAHINDRA & RENAULT. Etc.

Job Profile:

Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing rejection, increasing work efficiency, maintain record of daily production.

To maintain the Production sheet.

Increase Productivity.

Reduce cycle time.

Manpower handling.

Co-ordinates with Tool room & Q.C.

Check all the Process control for production.

Implement & maintain TPM, Lean manufacturing & 5S house keeping systems in the shop floor.

Successful trial of new mould.

To removed trouble shooting on process.

To make standard parameters for M/c. setting &set M/c. under Parameter. 

Maintain Production planning & control.

Major role in preventive maintenance of mould, machine & utility.

Sigma 100 ton & 120 ton & 200 ton. & Omega 660 ton.

L & T Detech 100, 125, 150 & 200 ton.

Electronica EPM 50, 140 & 210 ton.

Batten field NN 350 ton.

Toshiba machine, E C 220 C (This m/c all Electric circulation).

CLF 750 TX TON & CLF 230 TON

HAITAIN 200 TON



Material Handling:

PP, PPCP, ABS, PC, L.D.P.E, H.D.P.E, POM, PVC, NYLON.
