Preventive Maintenance of moulds as per plan.

Breakdown handling and it?s corrective action.

Responsible for maintaining of daily, weekly, monthly check sheets and TS documents.

Inspection of mould before loading and after unloading according to check sheet.

Improvement work like mould safety, kaizen etc.

Inspection of new moulds for standard mould machine interface, critical spare parts, documents.

Spare parts management.

Responsible to maintain the 5 ?S? of our working area.
