Job Profile : 

Managed production of Carpet backing Latex compounds.   

Project leader in India for the new X-SBR Latex project in Sonepat. 

Worked closely with EOC Belgium for Planning of X-SBR Latex Project from grass root level.

Project activities involved: Soil Investigation, Topographical Survey, Short listing Consultants and EPC. 

For the X-SBR Latex project, obtained Zoning approvals and Storage approvals from HSIDC & PESO respectively. 

One month training in Belgium covered a detailed training on production process, safety and storage measures.



Production & Project Engineer 

From Sept 2010  to Oct 2010 

Company Profile: Manufacturing range of emulsion polymers, synthetic latexes, such as vinyl pyridine latex, carboxylated and non-carboxylated styrene butadiene latexes, acrylic latexes, nitrile latex; and synthetic rubber

Job Profile  : 

Was based at Belgium for 1 month for the Project Transfer of X-SBR Latex.  

The project transfer covered the activities for the new plant of 10000 MT pa which has the Emulsion Polymerization Technology. 

Underwent training on Process, Safety measures, Hazardous & Explosive chemical storages.  



Senior Production Officer 

From April 2006 to June 2010 

Company Profile : Is one of the leading producers of Synthetic latices 

(VP latex, SB latex, Nitrile latex-SBR Latex) and Synthetic Rubber (SBR).

Some of the products made in plant are like Latex from Styrene, Butadiene, Acryolonitrile and Butyl Acrylate monomers by Emulsion Polymerization Technology. DCS Operation System (ONSPEC MICROSYSTEM).

Monitored DCS OPERATION, Process Safety, Process Parameters 

Managed Shift Operations and batch planning. Increased efficiency by effective utilization of manpower.

Improved product yields thru Control of Packing Material & Recycling. 

Managed operations of Steam Boiler& Nitrogen plant. , Chiller Unit, Vaccum pumps etc. 

Knowledge and experience of handling special chemicals like Styrene, Butadiene, Acryolonitrile and Acrylic acid, Butyl Acrylate etc.

Managing Various Distillation types like Azeotropic, Vacuum, Atmosphere, continuous & batch distillation, continuous and batch Reactors.	         

Monitoring process of experimental batches in pilot Reactor.

Production planning & Optimization of production.

Knowledge and experience of handling special chemicals like Aniline, DMA, Acetic anhydride etc.
