Planning & execution of preventive and shut down maintenance. 

Operation & maintenance of control panels, AC & DC motors, drives, PLC?s, SCADA, EOT cranes, compressor, chillers.

Operation & maintenance of Galilio vacuum system, vaccum pumps,diffusion pumps.

Operation & maintenance of 11KV HT Yard equipments.

Planning of spares inventory. 

Maintain ISO 9001 document.

Maintenance and Trouble Shooting:

Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance / overhauling / repair schedules of various machineries & instruments to increase machine up time and long term equipment reliability. 

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and taking corrective measures / steps to rectify the equipments 

Ensuring all the machineries work efficiently by conducting timely checks & measures.



Spare Part Management:
