In a span of almost 2years I have designed and supervised the manufacturing of  Injection moulds which comprise of split moulds also .

I have also designed and supervised the manufacturing of  blow moulds. 

Also have hands on experience with production of injection and Ultra-sonic welding processes.

Project 1 - Leaning Trike

Platform - Automobile design and manufacturing

Description: 

Design and implementation of articulated balancer with the help of which two wheels are mounted at the rear of HONDA UNICORN bike having relative motion with respect to each other. Along with the maneuverability of the normal bike, increases the traction and safety of the driver. Since motorcycle is somewhat bulky and stable there is always a scope for developing the reverse gear. 

Designing of bearing swing arm balancer.

Design of push rod, bearing fixtures and push rod bushes.



Tilting Trike is basically a two wheel driven motorcycle that being a three wheeler can tilt using the mechanism of oscillating the two rear wheels about each other. This project gives emphasis on machine design and thus gives us a greater insight into the core areas of mechanical engineering.
