Job Profile:

Collect and arrange production plan with planning Dept.     

And distribute line plan according to Line output and monthly target.

Arrange Line plan width wise and micron wise to reduce line waste

And improve efficiency.

Stable product with lowest downtime and line waste.

Schedule and Monitor Die tooling, filter C/o, Die opening and Cleaning.

Discuss with Slitting Department and PPC Department for 

Maintaining FGS stock and Dispatch orders in targeted time 

Analyze reasons for low efficiency and high conversion ratios and 

Prepare action plans and implement it. 

Review monthly performance and customer complaints.

Discuss and Plan Shutdown Maintenance with related departments for maintaining equipment health and reduce breakdowns  .                                                                             

Support all team members for achieving production targets.

Analysis of costumer complaint &day to day rejection of  products to adopt required control measures to minimize costumer dissatisfaction &rejection percentage.
