Job Profile (Quality)

Create the Daily Plant summery Report in Microsoft Excel.

Create the all ISO Documents Report in Excel.

To check & create the incoming Quality Report of CD, CD-ROM and DVD.

To check the Electrical Parameter CD-R, DVD-R in CD & DVD Cats.

To check the Mechanical parameter in Injection Moulding.

To check the OD & GD in prometus.

Manpower handling at module & shift handling.

Responsible for all costumer end related problem and resolve.

Responsible for Printing Quality of the product.

Responsible for Shrink level, corrugated box level, Cake box level and final.

Responsible for  product grading decision

Final Quality Visual Knowledge all product.

Supervision for the CD-ROM Packing material.

Checking the Visual of CD & DVD 

Checking the parameter of prometus Instrument O.D & G.D.

Injection molding Machine Handling.
