Job Profile:

Manpower planning and allocation.

Inspection of Machine and Molds as per process quality checks point.

Responsible for daily production plan.

Preparing monthly production report of rework and rejection analysis.

Responsible for daily work management activity including production, Quality, rework, rejection, breakdown, safety and manpower absenteeism.

Implementation of POKA-YOKA to find out Molding defect.

Involvement in taking internal 5?s audit.

Responsible for dispatching the produced molds and Machines.
