Directly responsible for All Hub activity.

Maintaining all record of incoming shipment.

Order tracking & achieving delivery performance levels

Assigning all routes to the Delivery boys according to the geographical area.

Preparing and auditing reports of undelivered shipments across pan India.

Shipment tracking and updating the customer on timely basis.

Maintaining all the reports of Hub on daily basis.

Preparing MIS report like bill submission, Dispatch, Returns, Discrepancy summary reconciliation report for short/excess.

Coordination with other Hub and warehouse team on Mail and call.

Maintaining all the report of RTO and Reverse pickup shipment on daily basis.

Responsible for submission of payment collection in bank on daily basis.

Follow up with Quality & Purchase Department for sending the rejection material send back to vender on time.

Monitoring sales trends, and tracking competitor?s strategies in the area.

Providing directions and motivating the delivery team to ensure optimum performance.

Managing the logistics & marketing operations for promoting product and accountable for achieving business goals and increase sales growth.

Responsible for negotiating and appointing operations related vendors in close coordination of reporting Manager.

Responsible for management & assessment of vendor as per agreed SLAs.
