Job Profile:

To provide effective inspection status on product at all stages to ensure no mixing of confirming and non confirming product.

Receiving in process and final inspection of material. 

Maintaining inspection reports. 

Preparation of calibration schedule.

Maintaining calibration & communication records with external calibration facilities.

Preparation of calibration report & updating calibration history cards.

Immediate triggering action in case instrument found out of calibration / specification.

Preparation of product test plan & internal testing schedule.

Ensuring availability of standards, work instructions, drawing etc. for test plan.

Testing of products as per test plan.

Maintaining testing records & communication records with external testing facilities.

Release test certificate.

Preservation and disposition of tested samples.

Maintaining housekeeping in lab.

Ensuring calibration of machines in laboratory.



TECHNICAL EXEPERIENCE
