Job Profile:

Do the daily in-process inspection and solve internal problem.

Check all the Process control for production, Q.A relative data maintain.

Involve in conducting daily rejection meeting for improvement in Quality Problem.

Monitoring & reporting the PPM levels, rejection & rework analysis.

Member of cost saving project team.

Basic documentation on ISO/TS-16949-2009 as per quality plan. 

Responsible to maintain 5S at respective stages in process.

Individual running in shift.

Basic knowledge of 5s, 7 QC Tools, 6 Sigma, Shift Process Inspection, In-process ISO documentation
