Maintaining of long term testing report & summit BIS office and also carry of BIS inspection.

Inspection and testing of all type Incoming Raw Material such as Glass, Resin and Sand as per Company?s Control Procedure or ASTM Standards and maintaining the respective document.

Carry out Visual and Dimensional Inspections of In-Process and Finished GRP products.

Coordinate with Third Party Inspection Agencies to Maintain the Quality of Products.

Maintaining all Quality Documents and Records.

Interpretation of Isometric Drawings.

Maintaining updated Calibration of all type of Measuring Instruments and Testing Equipment

Performing Mechanical Test like Axial Strength, Stiffness, Hoop Strength in UTM machine.  

Performing Glass Transition Temperature Test in DSC (Differenciate Scanning Calorimetric measure) machine for different type of composites products (i.e.GRP Pipe liner, Epoxy Pipes, Fittings and other).

Arrange and Coordinate External Audit Conducted by API body.

Involvement in Preparation of Quality Plan, Method Statements and Submitting.

Coordinating in product qualification as per different International Standards and Certification of Quality Management System.
