Job Profile:   

Responsible for shop floor management to utilize all the resources at optimum level.

Process setting of machine parameter as per specification and troubleshooting in Injection Moulding.

Taking trial of  New Moulds, Materials, Master Batches & responsible for stabilizing in Minimum cycle time with fulfilling all the Quality norms in Plastics  Injection Moulding.

Responsible for achieving production targets inhouse as well as coustomers timely.

Responsible for analysising of Daily Production, Rejection, Breakdown & OEE in  Injection Moulding

Responsible for controlling  of rejection percentage to minimiselable in shop floor.

Responsible for, Manpower planning and Raw material planning as per Production Plan.

Responsible for improvements & KAIZEN activities & Housekeeping as per 

5-S.

Maintaining all the production records according to TS for Injection moulding process.

Responsibility of arranging training for sub ordinates.

Responsible for Presenting the monthly plant performance data with LUMAX Cluster and  MACE .

Solving the Quality related PROBLEM through QUALITY CIRCLE & Participate in Quality Circle Competition.
