Job Responsibilities:

Handling Day to Day Stores Activities.

Arrange for Inspection of Incoming Materials.

Check the Stores Delivery Challans & Invoice Copies.

Receipt issue transfer & shortage of material at the Main stores.

Accepting materials only with inspection certificate from technical department Concerned with quality.

Handling the job in fast track with very short period of time.

Accounting of material assets equipment & tools.

Proper documentation of all materials move

Preparation of material requisition.

Follow the demobilization procedure of stocks & records.

Keep track of material where expire dates are applicable & issue accordingly.

Disposal of scrap in accordance with procedure.

Materials of Quantity Received from Suppliers & Other Stores.

Storing Regular Client Supply Materials Properly.

Maintaining all Store Records /Reporting Shortage of material

Updating of safety /tools issue cards.

Material Reconciliation.(client & our company).
