Job Profile:

Production Shift in-charge in Banbury mixing units.

Maintain production as per the targets

Maintain quality standards set at various stages of the process.

Co-ordinate with service departments for solving the problems relating to men and machines.

Responsible for achieving targets on factory efficiency norms of production department such as scrap,   solvents consumption etc.

Responsible for good upkeep of department for proper material arrangement and good housekeeping.

Responsible for motivating and utilization of men in the section for maximum productivity.

Allocation of work to the work force.(Right man in right position).

Co-ordination with Plant maintenance for smoother operation of the production.
