Job Profile:

Operating plant  on DCS panel system of Tata Honeywell, SAP permit system and C5 hydrogenation commissioning

Spearheading efforts of managing plants; 1, 3 Butadiene Plant using BASF technology, Pyrolysis Gas hydrogenation using IFP technology and Benzene Plant using GTC.

Exclusively responsible for managing the entire production of the plant in the shift and ensuring quality of the product; conducting operation of the propylene production plant from rich LPG using the technimont technology.

Initiating proper start up and shut down activities for planned and unplanned shutdowns/start in field as well as on DCS; emergency handling and managing technical problems.

Ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), following & fully implementing the same in the Plant.

Coordinating with Lab, Maintenance & Instrument Department to carry out necessary maintenance activities; organizing meet of team wherein they are guided on the safety measure in the plant and motivated towards achieving the goal.
