Production Management:

Developing vendors and coordinating with various departments for ensuring accomplishment of daily & monthly production targets.

Independently handle the department of all production activity like planning & production as per our requirement.

Raise the indent of raw materials shortages for timely procurement.

Co-ordinate with tool room department for mould maintenance & making of new moulds. 

Establishment for mass production; ensuring cost reduction by use alternate material and working on productivity improvement.
