Presently working at a leading company as a Asstt. Engineer (Molding section-Semi auto. Injection molding) from Jan 2006 till date.



Job responsibility : 

Responsible for production planning. 

Making daily production report which include total good production, Rejection and Raw material. 

To control and minimize Rejection by rectifying mold problem, m/c problem and by troubleshooting of processing. 

Man power planning on shop floor for day and night sift. 

Regularly looking after cleaning and maintenance of molds. 

Making preventive maintenance schedule for all m/c and their service as per schedule plan. 

Shift Management and job distribution of entire man power by utilizing all available. 

Daily general maintenance of m/c. 

Arrangement of raw material as per production plan. 

Installation of machine and its auxiliaries.

Customer handling and attend to attend their complaints. 

To manage and control to all activity of company. 





Worked with Vaidhy Surgical (Semi & fully Auto. Injection molding, ISO 9001) as a Asstt. Engineer from 8th June 2003 to March 2005
