Job Profile:

Procure the material as per the requirement of user. 

Co-ordinate with corporate purchase and marketing team. 

Inventory inflow- out flow analysis to reduce the inventory carrying Cost

Follow up with the vendor for procuring the material in right time. 

Responsible for receipt the material ( migo in sap) and storage in identified area.

Stock verification (perpetual inventory and continuous stock taking. Annual physical verification).

Maintain the fifo method for self life material. 

Monitoring the material issue to all the department. 

Monitoring the daily shortage .

Preparing the mis for store dept in sap (using report section z?series). 

Monitoring the pr cycle in sap to avoid the creation of non moving inventory. 

Act as an internal auditor for system audit as per iso 9001-2000 (selected by the management) for last 6 years. Department cover ?purchase / store/despatch/production/maintenance. Once in a month. 

Fostering the team work to handling the man power.
