Ensuring that the production processes are planned and executed as per the order & dispatch plans.

Ensuring the product Manufactured as per standards and specification provided by the customer international   standards		 

Maintain document through SAP systems to ensure traceability and zero complaints from customers.

Identify areas of improvement and accordingly training the staff to improve quality standards and efficiency.

In process testing and analyze data to reduce defective product, control of raw material Consumption.  

Reduce rejection and scrap level.

Achieve daily and monthly production plan.

I have got 2 spot performance awards for achieving the highest production in his shift.
