Prepared & follow quality plans at relevant stages of inspection (Incoming stage, first piece/Last piece Approval & Final Inspection.

At Incoming stage rejection analysis & communicate to supplier.

Monitoring to shift inspecter for First piece/ Last piece approval note.

Monitoring to final inspecter so that defects parts should not go to customer.

Ensuring that PDIR will be done on proper manner .

Ensuring that raw material checked as per planning & required standared in In House Lab.

Analyzed root cause & initiate proper corrective & preventive action and ensure that customer complaints are properly closed.

Conduct MSA & SPC study.
