Analyze Process parameter and maintain daily production report.

Analysis of defects of parts reported from in various stages.

Trouble shooting for various defects.

Responsible for shift and manpower management

Responsible for performs incoming, in process, and outgoing products quality at various stage.

Rework or reject semi finish or finished products as required with quality team .

Handling Various M/C  i.e. ? Husky GL-300, Husky HPET, Husky HyPet-120 & Husky HyPet-225 (HPP.4.)(32,56&72 Cav.), Ferromagnetic, L&T, Electronica .  & Handling- Hot runner, semi hot runner , two plate mold, three plate mold, core (proximity, hydraulic core).

Knowledge about HUSKY mould maintenance Hot runner and cold half.

Handling mold loading-unloading and new mold trial 

Analyze monthly defects, CAPA, Monitoring process parameter etc.

Maintain critical alarm generation sheet m/c and dryer.

Maintain 5S On shop floor.

Involve in ISO & FSSC audit work for maintain shop floor, maintain production document etc.

Material Process-PET, PP, HDPE, LLDPE Etc.

Maintain why-why analysis.

Maintain preventive maintenance of m/c like ?Lubrication Of  different part, Valve cleaning 

and replace if require
