Job Responsibilities:

To monitor the overall system and their effectiveness.

To ensure the day quality and quality of the production. 

Production planning & achieving targeted volume on time.

Routine maintenance plan for existing moulds.

Selection of the row material for different products as customer?s requirements.

To ensure the continual reduction of the rejection.

To ensure the proper utilization of machine, material & manpower with minimum resource and minimum cast.

Motivate to subordinates towards continuous improvement.



Job Description:

Co-ordination with M/C Maintenance, Tool Room, QA Assembly & PPC to get high productivity.

To provide a quality product on time.

Direct manpower handling with proper utilization.

Reduced M/C down time by proper planning of maintenance & production.

I handling more than 100 workers and run the system successfully.
