In-coming inspection, vendor quality inspection.

Process audit at vendors end.

Preparing sample inspection report, Quality plans.

Knowledge of ISO, PFMEA, CAPA Implementation, 5s, 7QC Tools, Kaizen, SPC process, Fault tree analysis.

Implementing process to solve problems. 

Handling root cause analysis.

Handling Internal & External Audits

Test Conducting: - Mechanical, Environments, Hardness and MFI tests etc.

Coordinate with purchase & stores Dept in case of issues.
