Performing all day to day QA/QC activities starting from online quality control to machinery handling, color matching of plant (NCI).

Online quality control of finished product according to spc sheet.

Quality control of finished goods through online and bagging visual inspection.

Handling, smoothening, mactching of NCI/ NPT/ NMI / NPI / eNLQ Trials

Handling of injection molding machine (L&T DEMAG).

Operating Warner & Pfleiderer extruder(ZSK-92, 78, 50, 40, 25) 

Operation of color spectrophotometer (MECBETH CE7000A)

Supporting on micro lot production and dispatching.

Performing color matching through Line tool, Form tool-7&8 and Plus2 tool with color express soft ware on global basis.

Performing proper recycle management of rejected material and reducing scraps and unnecessary storage.

Operated twin screw extruder, pelletizer, screener etc smoothly.

Performing flame testing according to customer requirement. (UL94 Testing procedure.) 

Testing of Physical, Thermal, Mechanical, properties, Measurement of color deviation.
