Job Profile:

Inspection of incoming material and documentation for the same. 

Make quality assurance plane for new project.  

In process inspection of product (Main mould quality engineer). 

Daily discussion with senior to improve better quality, project planning.

Coordination with production department.

Monthly review quality preparation and presentation for the same management

Contributing in QIP (quality improvement projects) carried out at our plant.

Clearing the in process/incoming material in target time through SAP.

Responsible for reduce rework and rejection percentage.

Make corrective & preventive action for reduce scrap, rework & improve quality. 

Responsibility of third party inspection.

To improves manufacturing products quality more acceptable to the customer.

Working in prototyping of SB46 project of making 46m long wind turbine blade.

Making PRC for SB46 manufacturing process referring production manuals and process specifications.

NCR communication with the design experts for consulting rework instruction of critical defects.

Learning the 7QC tools for problems solving and to use at simple applications for better understanding and getting expertise for further vast improvement applications.

Involved in preparing and updating the QAP for incoming, In process and final Inspection as per revisions in document To maintain the COPQ format on weekly basis of our product.

Checking Tg on DSC machine.
