Monitoring mold loading and Process Parameter Setting and optimization.

Responsible for executing Production as per plan.

Recording daily production report, loading & log book.

To immediately attend the breakdowns & maintain machine history records.

Man Power Planning handling & control.

Machines Exposed:

L&T (120T to 350T), Windsor (80T to 350T), Vishwakarma, Ferromatic Milacron (200T to 450T).

Raw Material Handled:

LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, Nylon, PC, PS, Etc.
