Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Description: Sourcing & Procurement: Handle end-to-end purchasing of polymer raw materials, masterbatches, machine spare parts, packaging, and plant consumables.

Vendor Management: Onboard new suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and handle performance evaluations.

Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.

PO & Inventory Tracking: Raise Purchase Orders (POs), track deliveries to avoid downtime, and coordinate GRN processing/rejection handling with stores and QA.

ERP Maintenance: Maintain accurate purchase records, rate contracts, and PO entries in SAP MM, Tally, or ERP systems.

Knowlegde of CAPEX, equipment, machinery, and spare parts as per business requirements.
