Job Title: Colour Matching & Development Expert

Job Description: We are looking for Colour Matching & Development Expert will be responsible for colour matching, colour development and technical support for masterbatch applications.



The role will involve working closely with customers and the company's technical/production teams to develop colours that meet specific application and processing requirements.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and match colours for masterbatch applications.

Undertake colour matching based on customer samples and specifications.

Develop new colours and formulations for customer requirements.

Conduct colour trials and evaluate colour performance.

Coordinate with production and technical teams for scale-up of developed formulations.

Analyse and resolve colour-related issues encountered during production or customer trials.

Maintain colour standards, formulations and development records.

Support customer trials and provide technical assistance on colour-related requirements.

Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate colour solutions.

Continuously improve colour matching and development processes.

Ensure consistency and repeatability of approved colours.



The ideal candidate should have:

5?8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following industries:

Masterbatch

Pigments

Paints

Colour development

Strong practical experience in colour matching and colour development.

Understanding of pigments, additives and colour formulations.

Experience with colour evaluation and laboratory/technical equipment.

Ability to translate customer colour requirements into workable formulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work closely with sales, production and customers.
