Lead and manage the manufacturing operations of rigid plastic packaging products such as buckets, jars, containers, and other related products. Take overall responsibility for plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch. Strong knowledge of Injection Moulding Machines, IML robots, plant utilities, and auxiliary equipment used in the plastics industry. Ensure achievement of production targets, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost optimization. Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce cycle time, and minimize scrap/rejection. Experience in managing and controlling commercial activities is mandatory. Plan and manage manpower effectively, including performance evaluation and team development. Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, PPC, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and people management skills with a positive attitude. Handle customer visits, quality audits and technical discussions effectively. Additional experince in IML robots , including both Top Entry and Side Entry robotic systems. Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
