Job Title: Senior Manager Tool Room

Job Description: New mould/tool development for rigid plastic packaging products ? buckets, jars, containers, pails, lids, caps, etc.								

End-to-end responsibility from mould design, development, manufacturing, trials to final approval.								

Strong knowledge of Injection Moulds, multi-cavity moulds, hot runner/cold runner, cooling and ejection systems.								

Experience in mould trials on Injection Moulding Machines (IMM) and troubleshooting.								

Knowledge of IML moulds and compatibility with Top Entry, Side Entry & Pick-and-Place robots preferred.								

Ability to review 2D/3D mould and product drawings and provide design feasibility inputs.								

Experience in mould modification, maintenance, repair and tool-life improvement.								

Manage Tool Room team, external mould vendors, timelines and development costs.								

Strong problem-solving, technical and team-management skills.								

Rigid plastic packaging industry experience is preferred/mandatory.								

Strong leadership and team management skills.								

Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
