Job Title: New Product Development Executive

Job Description: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings related to EBM, IM, IBM and ISBM processes									

Strong cross - functional coordination with Marketing , Tool Room , Operations & Quality control team 									

Ability to attend mold trials , evaluate trial samples & identify / troubleshoot technical issues 									

Knowledge of new innovations & improvements in mould design & development									

Ability to identify opportunities for productivity improvement , process optimization & cost reduction									

Strong problem - solving , analytical & communication skills 									

Travel to company plant locations, customers, vendors or other locations as required for trials, development and  technical coordination 									

Experience in rigid plastic packaging manufacturing , particularly PP, PET & HDPE containers is preferred
