Job Title: Sales & Markrting Manager - PET Bottles, Caps & Closures

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for PET bottles, caps & closures.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and key accounts across South India.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading Pharma & FMCG companies.

Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Lead product promotion, pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and business development.

Work closely with Production and Product Development teams to meet customer requirements.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.

Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for management.



What We?re Looking For

8?12 years of relevant experience in Plastic Packaging / PET Bottles / Caps & Closures

Strong B2B sales and business development experience

Experience handling South India markets

Strong network among Pharma & FMCG customers

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Willingness to travel extensively across South India

Salary: INR
1,200,000 - INR
