Maintain Asset Registers, Machine History Cards And Mould Condition And Repair Records ? Current, Complete And Audit-ready. Plan And Execute Shutdown And Annual Maintenance Within Agreed Windows. Move The Department From Breakdown-led To Plan-led Maintenance. Breakdown Response And Failure Elimination Ensure Fast, Safe Breakdown Response Across All Shifts And Restore Production To Standard. Carry Out Documented Root Cause Analysis On Major And Repeat Breakdowns Using A Structured Method, And Close Corrective Actions With Owners And Dates. Maintain A Chronic-problem Register ? The Recurring Failures Across Both Units, Each With An Owner, An Action Plan And A Target Elimination Date.
