Client Calling & Follow-ups

Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients as per the provided database.

Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, services, and business requirements.

Update call records, client responses, and follow-up details in the system.

Handle basic client queries and coordinate with the concerned sales team member when required.

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely responses from clients.

Sales Coordination

Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and client information.

Maintain and update lead databases.

Share client requirements and enquiries with the concerned sales team.

Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending client requirements.

Assist the sales team with documentation and other coordination activities.

Help maintain records of sales enquiries and business opportunities.
