Lead installation and commissioning of new equipment. Optimize energy consumption and utility management. Cost Optimization Reduce manufacturing costs through productivity improvements. Control material wastage, scrap, and rework. Monitor departmental budgets and operating expenses. Lead value engineering and continuous improvement projects. Safety, Health & Environment (EHS) Ensure full compliance with statutory safety regulations. Promote a zero-accident culture. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness activities. Ensure proper waste handling and environmental compliance. People Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop production and support teams. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs. Foster employee engagement and discipline. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate production, maintenance, quality, and safety records. Support customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
